The Cardas 6"-inch HPI interconnect cable has 90-degree [right-angled] 1/8" inch (3.5mm) gold-plated connectors on both ends; three individually teflon-coated Cardas 'Golden Ratio' conductors bundled together precisely with a pure cotton dielectric; then bound with teflon tape; surrounded by a tin-plated copper spiral shield and jacketed with uber-durable PVC -- all held in a tiny outside cord diameter of 0.1325". Dimensions are 5/16" at the black part of the connector. An amazing little interconnect and a huge HeadRoom fave!

Cons: Zero audio advantage over any cable that has shielding and solid connectors.
I only kept this cable because I sold my Airhead to a friend that needed the Headroom 6-inch cable that came with it. Side by side tests revealed NOT A LICK of difference. Same dynamics, bass, treble, soundstage, etc. The only difference was if I switched the headphone or amp it was connected to.
With that said, if you need this specific 6-inch length, get the less expensive Headroom version, which by default, is all the quality you will ever need period when it comes to interconnects.
In addition, with me knowing this, I'm glad that I'm getting the full benefit of my setup realizing that spending mad scrilla on headphone cables is a waste of cash. If you don't believe me, get both yourself and see.
