Included are AKG k701 headphones which we feel respond great to balanced-drive with an extremely open-toned, expansive-sounding instrumental clarity and a huge soundstage image. The k701's musical detail resolution seems to gain a new level of depth and silkiness under the control of a balanced amp. Also provided is our new HeadRoom-engineered Balanced Stock AKG k701 cable which allows the headphones to be used in either single-ended or balanced-drive as needed.
