German powerhouse Beyerdynamic offers some of the best and most expensive headphones in the industry but street stylers and active users won't have to spend stratospheric sums to get high-caliber sound from the Beyerdynamic DTX 35. Featuring the increasingly popular and effective 'neckband' construction with the headband looping behind the back of the head, the DTX 35 offers terrific musical definition and shares a similar tightly controlled, focused bass response and pristine treble definition reminiscent of their much more expensive counterparts. The neckband fit is extremely stable even during sharp head movements, so exercisers and cityfied movers-about have a wonderful new contender to get all diaphoretic over. Fashion mavens not wanting to muss up their coif or frequent hat & cap wearers may also become highly appreciative of these nifty little cans. A highly recommended neckband headphone for serious exercisers, gym rats and on-the-fly commuters alike!

The Beyerdynamic DTX 35 neckband headphones come in iPod white with understated matte-aluminum flashing on the outer earpieces. The highly efficient 32 Ohm impedance rating is ideal for use with any portable player of your choice without any headphone amp needed. Short 4ft cord avoids dreaded tangling when listening on the move. The gold-plated 1/8" [3.5mm] stereo jack fits most mobile players and computers. The comforting 2-year manufacturer's "repair or replace" product warranty rates amongst the longest in the neckband category, so remember to keep your HeadRoom '100% authorized Beyerdynamic dealer' purchase receipt in the rare event you'll ever need to use it.

DTX35 VS KSD75
Posted by Enhydra from Seoul, S.Korea on 2012-06-20

Recommend Product: Yes
Pros: Good value, Light weight, Good Look
Cons: Uncomfortable to long listening

Sound = Koss KSD75 - Bass + Clear tone in high range
It isn't funny to listening than KSD75, but has more clear tone.

Comfort = Better than KSD75
I'm a four eyes. Both headphones have some problems to wear.
But DTX35 is more comfortable than KSD75.

Look = Better than KSD75
KSD75's design is...
There is no need to say anymore.

Durability = Flexible Neckbend
I think It isn't broken as long as I want to break it.

Overall
Sound is very good, but KSD75 is more funny to listening.
It's more comfortable than KSD75, Look and durability are very good.
And VERY GOOD Price/performance ratio.

Pretty Good Workout Headphones
Posted by Mishalex from New York, NY on 2011-10-27

Recommend Product: Yes
Pros: Comfortable, lightweight, decent sound
Cons: The bass is fairly weak, and they don't isolate at all

Originally, I gave these headphones only three stars, because they were selling for about $50. But for $20,these are excellent, and I can happily recommend these headphones for workouts. They are about the same sound as their Sony and Sennheiser counterparts in this price range, but are now cheaper, thanks to headroom and its awesomeness. They are comfortable, very light, and perfect for jogging. If you're looking for something that isolates well, however, you should look elsewhere, as these don't block out ambient noise well at all. Still, they fulfill their purpose well, so I can recommend them as a comfortable, affordable workout heaphone that doesn't sound too bad. As compared to the Koss KSC 75, these headphones are a little brighter, and have less bass presence. But although the sound is probably just a smidgen better on the Koss, I find these more comfortable, and better constructed, so I use them much more often.
