The MM 70i has a small, rounded earpiece shape that nestles into the outer ear, making the MM 70i one of the most comfortable iPhone in-ear headsets we've found. The hybrid fit ergonomics result in moderate isolation, some noise blocking but not as much as a deeper-sitting, true "in ear" design.
