Coming from many decades of ultra high-end room speaker design, the Klipsch Image One headphones are the first to offer legendary Klispch sound in a portable on-ear headphone specifically geared for use with Apple iPhone, iPad, and computer devices. Moving coil 40mm speaker drivers within each earcup deliver good dynamics and musical clarity with solid ambient noise insulation thanks to the Image One's sealed-back earcup construction. The bass response has an engaging fullness that's big & rich with some extra boom/bap while the transition into the mids & highs offers resolution without harsh timbral edges. Voices and vocals come in loud and clear with focus that makes dialogue and speech intelligibility one of this can's big sonic strengths. Klipsch 3-button mic & remote system is compatible with most Apple players; as a nice plus, the mic housing is conveniently positioned at the cable yoke to create a more natural feel when answering phone calls and controlling music. The Image One's highly intelligible 360-degree microphone provides clear, easy hands-free chat at the quick push of a button. It's an ideal headphone stereo headset for iPhone listeners not wanting to go the in-ear or earbud route.
The Image One has lightweight, pivoting 'on-ear' (supra-aural) earcups featuring premium leather high-density memory foam for hours of comfortable listening pleasure. Its an ergonomically advanced and supremely comfortable design with the adjustable high-end leather headband offering an excellent personalized fit suitable for most anyone's head size. The Image One's earcups also can fold flat for easy storage or no-fuss travel when on the move. The durable tangle-resistant cables add a very nice plus to avoid that dreaded rat's nest of cords when mobile listening. Recommend Product: Yes
Pros: Tight Bass, Wide Sound Range, Really Comfortable and Light Weight
Cons: Sound stage is not as expansive as a full-sized can
After Burning them in....
It performs extremely well with just about everything thrown at it! When comparing the soundstage of the Shure DJ headphones to these ones, Shure's is more expansive and wider, while these ones are more forward sounding. However these are on-the-ear instead of a full-sized can like the Shures.
That being said, Klipsch One manages to reveal every single detail of the song that you're listening, paired with excellent vocal playing and slightly warm tones makes this a very fun headphone to listen to!!
The main reason for buying this was that I needed something that I could take outside (and look nice in) and not have a honking huge headphone like the Shure DJs on my head while still not compromise on the sound, Klipsch manages to do this very well in a VERY comfortable small form-factor.
So if what you want is an affordable price (sound:price ratio) while being able to listen to music on the go (have not tried the microphone since I don't have an iphone), while still retaining style then these are for you, Klipsch has not left a single detail of these headphones half-assed.

Recommend Product: Yes
Pros: comfortable, stylish, good nosie attenuation, clear sound, iDevice mic/remote, thick cable
Cons: Oddly placed mic, slightly over-priced
Pros
- Great Sound, gobs of bass without distorting mids or treble.
- Decently Small Size
- Great Sound Isolation, not "Active" so no artifacts in sound.
- Decent price ($150)
- Great Looks- very classy look.
- Remote is a plus, and in a great easy access spot too.
- Very good, solid build quality
Cons
- Didn't come out sooner.
- Mic Placement seems a bit low and awkward.
(I'd prefer the mic to be close to my face, remote placement fine. Possibly
separate the two?)
