Mixed Feelings
Posted by Redheronn from Portland, OR on 2013-06-18

Recommend Product: No
Pros: Great sound, good customer support
Cons: Not durable

I am now on my third pair of these headphones due to two previous returns after one side shorted out at the plug-in. The cord had been improved and the latest pair has lasted longer than the first two, but after about 18 months of use it has failed again and this time I won't be returning for another.

Very fragile
Posted by J from Hercules, CA on 2011-01-21

Recommend Product: No
Pros: Nice sound, good mic and comfortable
Cons: Very fragile, fabric cord noisey and tangles like twine, causing failure.

Lets start with the good. Nice sound and good mic, company good with returns. The bad, failed three times at the phone jack in one years time, due to the fabric cord. The cord twists like a ball of twine contributing to early failure and noise while moving. Too bad because sound and isolation are very good better than my ety 6i and old sennheiser 300

Awesome sounding headphones!!!!
Posted by CyLoN66 from Palm Coast, FL on 2010-09-03

Recommend Product: No
Pros: Extremely well balanced - from crisp highs to punchy lows
Cons: Fabric on cord frays very easily and earpiece totally fell apart

II reviewed this product about 6 months ago giving it 5 out of 5 stars. They sound great, but the silicone earpieces made you feel like you were underwater at times. I opted for Comply replacement earpieces, which gave a better fit, but they started to fall apart. The last straw was that I was going to take off the Comply's and the earpiece just broke in two with wires hanging out. Between the frayed fabric cord and broken earpiece - I am not recommending these headphones anymore. Sorry if I led anybody astray. I will test out my new headphones for a couple months before I submit anymore reviews. Good hunting.
