We ship via UPS daily Monday-Friday, 52 weeks a year EXCEPT for weekends, holidays, and our official HeadRoom company holiday closures. We also ship USPS Priority Mail every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (except holidays) for certain small items or upon customer request. Orders placed by 3:00 pm USA Mountain Time (5:00pm Eastern), Monday-Friday ship the same day. Occasionally orders may not ship 'same-day' due to stock issues, order changes, or billing delays. Orders placed after 3:00 pm Fridays or on Saturday/Sunday will ship the following Monday or our next open business day.
Delivery signatures are automatically required on HeadRoom orders over $500 unless you voluntarily waive the signature requirement. Signature is NOT required on orders under $500 unless requested. If you would like to waive signature requirement for a package over $500 or request a signature for an order under $500, please call 1-800-828-8184 or email us. An adult signature (18+) is required to legally sign for UPS deliveries. HeadRoom is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered orders once the order has shipped and left our facility!

Shipping Carriers and Package Delivery Methods
United Parcel Service (UPS) HeadRoom exclusively uses UPS for our primary contracted shipping carrier.
- UPS Ground: Rapid 3-7 Business Day tracked delivery service, available for continental USA addresses only.
- UPS 3-Day Select: Your package should arrive within 3 business days after shipment, available for continental USA addresses only.
- UPS 2-Day Delivery: Your package should arrive within 48 business hours (2 business days) of being shipped, and is the cheapest UPS method to Alaska or Hawaii.
- UPS Next-Day Air: Available in selected areas, packages should arrive by 12:00 pm the following business day. Check with your neighborhood UPS office for accurate delivery times and available services.
- UPS Saturday Delivery: Available only in selected destinations. Please call 800-PICK-UPS (800-742-5877) to find out if this service is available in your area. For orders leaving our HeadRoom facility on Friday afternoons, Saturday Overnight UPS delivery starts at $65. Once you’ve verified Saturday Delivery is an option in your area, please email us or call 800-828-8184 for an exact quote and to finalize the order.
- Alaska / Hawaii Customers: UPS 2-Day or USPS Priority Mail delivery options are available ONLY. Unfortunately 'Free Shipping' is not available.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
- USPS Priority Mail: We may at our discretion select USPS Priority Mail shipping within or outside the continental USA. USPS is used for certain orders under order value of $99, at the customers’ request, or other extenuating circumstances (2 - 5 business days in the continental US).
- USPS International & Canada Mail: USPS Priority Mail is available upon request. USPS Priority provides tracking and is generally quite reliable. However, we still recommend UPS as a more timely and reliable delivery method. Once labeled in accordance to customer provided shipping information, all lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered HeadRoom packages shipped internationally cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for international USPS deliveries.
- USA Military APO/FPO/FOB Destinations: We are happy to deliver to our military personnel and contractors stationed overseas. Delivery to USA Post Office Boxes or USA military bases worldwide is available via USPS Priority Mail. Expected delivery times for military shipments vary from 2-4 weeks. Contact us for further APO delivery questions.

Orders placed on a holiday will ship the following business day.
All Shipping Costs are Completely Non-Refundable!
All HeadRoom package shipping costs via ANY carrier or method are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. In the rare occasion that one of our shipping carriers does not deliver correctly or in a timely manner, HeadRoom is not liable for missed deliveries for slow or late package shipments due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: unexpected carrier delivery delays; weather-related delays; mechanical-related delays; 'Signature Required' package drop-off enforcement; missed delivery hang-tag notifications; local non-availability of package delivery speed; incorrectly entered shipping information, or missed driver package 'drop-off' by recipient.
