Great Sound, Awful Mic

Recommend Product: No
Pros: Sound Quality Is EXELENT
Cons: Very poor Phone funtion.
When listening to music, the experience is like WOW!
But once a call comes in the sound drops to about 25 and there is so much feed back that it drops the quality of these headphones to almost a 1.
Bluetooth headphones NO! (You cant hear anything on the phone with these things, and the person on the other side of the phone can't hear you either but you will both have one thing in common, a lot of noise and frustration)
Bluetooth speakers Yes!
So if you need blue-tooth headphones for phone usage, don't buy them.
On the other hand if You want to hear MUSIC like never before on a bluetooth headset You will be satisfied, other than the price of course. These are not worth more than $60.

Okay, NOT noise canceling!

Pros: Decent sound, comfortable
Cons: Price, not NC as advertised
Just received these from HeadRoom the other day. I bought these because I was looking for a nice set of decent sounding bluetooth, behind-the-neck headphones for work and play. I prefer the comfort of behind-the-neck and joy of bluetooth for cable-free and the ability to utilize cell phone functions (play, talk, volume, next, previous, etc.) The bluetooth headphones I've tried have been a disappointment, even the high-end ones. Whereas these were Sennheiser I had high hopes. There was an added bonus in that, according to HeadRoom at least, these phones have some active noise canceling to them. I've been playing around with the NC headphones for work and find them great as I have some constant ventilation that is pretty loud and annoying. Also a co-worker that also likes to blather on. So some headphones with NC would be good too.
I purchased these from HeadRoom and they were good to deal with so far. Order was easy and shipping was free. And while shipping is free it took a long time to for them to arrive. In today's day and age of fast shipping, this was not fast. But hey, it's free.
Anyway, the phones arrived finally and everything looked good. Except as I read the manual there was no mention anywhere of any NC capabilities. I went to the Sennheiser website and there is nothing there about these headphones being NC. That's because they are NOT noise canceling. Okay, let's move beyond that. They are definitely decent sounding bluetooth headphones. They work as advertised (minus the NC of course) and the are very comfortable. In the end though they just were not good enough at the price point of $150. Had they had the NC and it worked even a little, then maybe. But I think I'm going to send these back for refund and continue on my search for something I like for work.
So if you are looking for a good bluetooth behind-the-neck headphones with above average (for bluetooth) sound quality, and the $150 price point is good for you then go for it. But just beware of the claim of NC. There is none. I have emailed HeadRoom and I would expect them to fix this claim on the website soon.
