Pros: Durable. Works great with iphone. look cool. fabric covered wire
Cons: fabric covered wire gets dirty easy and hard to clean.
I have been using these for 6 months I use them at work all the time. Im a industrial mechanic/millwright/ night time audiophile.
I have washed these 3 times and they still work 100% just needed to pop the covers off and blow out the water. Just walking around with the cord dangling iv snagged it on many things ripping it out of my phone and ears violently still work 100% so hard in fact iv lost 3 of the little rubber ear adaptors" I replaced the adaptors from the numerous other broken buds i have"
The cord ! nice because i use it under my shirt and it doesn't stick to your skin and very durable! after pulling it hard many times its developed twists in it that i cant get out . That in mind id rather twists that broken headphones. they also started a nice red but now are black.lol
sound!

Pros: Impressive Sound Quality for the Price, Durable, Look Awesome
Cons: Kinda uncomfortable after a while, a little too much bass
I bought a pair of these to replace the standard apple headphones. I thank myself for that decision everytime I use these. They're a great improvement over those, and they definitely stand out, even though they're earbuds. The bass is a little much, but it can be great fun for some songs. Durability-wise, these are great. I use them while skiing, and I can say from experience that they can withstand 40+mph collisions with icce and hardpack snow, and temperatures below -25 degrees fahrenheit. There have been times when I'll only ski with one in and realize after about 5 hours that one of the earbuds is packed tight with snow. I simply clean it out and keep going, or I just let it melt. No issues there. These can withstand some abuse. My one regret is that they aren't very comfortable. The metal band around the edge of the earbud looks awesome, especially on my pair (black with chrome!), but it can be irritating having that rub against your ear. This only becomes a problem after 4+ hours of continuous use, though. Basically: while they have their flaws, they're minor ones, and these are a great pair of headphones to consider if you're just starting to look at something other than standard apple headphones. These are worth the $50, no doubt.

Not bad but...

Pros: outstanding, full bodied base.
Cons: irritating sibilance causing rapid ear fatigue, not very comfortable.
I've used these as back-ups since my other in ear phones are being serviced. It's been two weeks now and I unfortunately already want to get rid of them. I have a hard time listening to them for more then half an hour at a time, I find the sibilance very irritating to a point where my ears quickly hurt even at mild volumes. Also, they are not the most comfortable in the ear. Too bad because the base on these babies is really good, they look great and are solidly crafted.

Pros: Comfortable, good bass.
Cons: A bit muddy when bass hits hard
I'm a Sure fanboy. My old E2C's were my go-to buds for everything from gaming to riding my motorcycle. Recently, the cable on my left bud fell apart, and I needed a new set. Unfortunately, I'll have to wait a month for Shure to send me a replacement set of whatever the current model is, and I needed headphones, I work a boring job, and I can't stand the apple ear buds. I got these at Overpriced Buy, because I needed them now.
The sound - Definately more bass than my Sure's had. For me, that's not a selling point. In some songs, the bass overpowers the highs so much that that's all I hear. I listen to Satriani, and most of his stuff just sings through these. One X from Three Days Grace...the bass makes the right bud start to crackle.
The iPhone controller - Works...mostly. If you need to triple click back, you'd better focus. And half the time, when I double click to skip, I just pause and start the song. The controller is a bit too thick, and it's a one piece rocker switch. For the size, they should have just done 3 buttons like the HF5's I returned. (They hurt my ears after a few minutes)
The fit - I have small ears, so the tiny buds went on first. They fit, and they're not uncomfortable, but after getting used to the fit and over-the-ear cable from my Sure's...I wouldn't trust these on long rides. Seems like they'd rattle out of my ears after a few miles. The buds click into a grove on the earpiece with a satisfying pop.
Accessories - Comes with a half hard shell/half open mesh case. Not sure why the half and half...and there's just a very tight net inside to hold things in. I have to roll the headphones up fairly tight to get them in the case, and since there's no spindle inside, they always come out tangled. Also comes with two earbuds, small/med/large.
All in all, they're totally decent for the cost. If you want big bass, and a mic, but don't mind missing some of the high range, these are for you.
