"B-Stock" are items that can't be sold as "brand-new". This could be due to dinged packaging or maybe the product was sent for review or tried by customers and then returned to us. Every 'B-stock' item is hand-inspected here at HeadRoom and found to be in perfect operating condition and also in fine cosmetic shape; all are basically "like-new". But if not, we'll indicate any minor cosmetic flaws with a short description. 'B-stock' ear-canal headphones listed below include 100% new sets of eartip sleeves plus a complete accessories kit identical to the original packaging. Cardas Audio re-cabled headphones listed below are hand-terminated at HeadRoom.
Sometimes we have items that are not 'B' stock at all, but have been discontinued from current production and we need to liquidate inventory. In all cases, product warranties remain 100% intact.
