It no longer matters what your audio source happens to be; digital/computer file listeners will enjoy multiple eargasms hearing the smooth-as-silk upsampling circuitry of the Ultra Micro DAC's internal D-A processor which transforms even lower-bitrate files into an lovingly well-detailed high-end listening experience. The analog head-amp output stage of the Ultra Micro Amp delivers enough clean drive to effortlessly power two sets of 300-ohm headphones simultaneously. The HeadRoom Ultra Micro complete package includes the 2007 Ultra Micro Amp, the 2007 Ultra Micro DAC, an international-use Astrodyne power supply for each (2 total), a .5M RCA-to-mini interconnect cable, 1.5ft Dayton optical and 1ft USB digital cables, and a HeadRoom 4-inch analog mini-cable (from amp-to-DAC). It's basically everything needed to hit the ground running with superb sound as soon as you open up the box. Also suggested as available options for this Ultra Micro package [but sold separately] is the ingeniously handy Micro Strap. You can also add the useful Shure PTH device to the Shure SE530 earphones (below) upon request for an additional $50 bucks.
