1. Attaching Velcoins to your portable player.

Once you have attached hook velcoins to the bottom of your amplifier, it is time to attach them to your portable player. On portable players we recommend mounting the amp to the bottom side of your portable player with the amp controls facing towards you. In this configuration the rubber door will act as a non-slip foot and the players’ controls will tilt slightly towards you for easy access.

2. Amp & Player stacked.

Remove the loop coins from the strip, and velcro them to the hook coin in the feet of the Total BitHead, adhesive side out. Carefully position the Total BitHead just above the desired spot on your player, then slowly and firmly push the Total BitHead against the surface. This should stick the loop Velcoins into proper position. Carefully remove the Total BitHead leaving the loop coins, and then press each more firmly into place by hand.

3. Placing the amp in a GigaBag.

Now that you have corresponding velcoins on the amp and your portable players, you are ready to load the GigaBag. Pull the player and AirHead apart. With the bag lying open and upward, place the AirHead amp with the rubber door facing down, and the controls of the amp toward the top of the bag. Wrap the velcro flap across the AirHead, and attach it to the velcro piece on the opposite side of the bag.

4. Placing your Player in the GigaBag.

Now, simply place your player on top of the AirHead. The player will stick to the velcoins exposed on the bottom of the amp. The player can now be easily lifted out of the bag for recharging or other purposes. Notice the bag is pictured upsidedown here. The player is placed ‘upside down’ in the bag so one can conveniently view the players’ display when the bag is swinging from the shoulder strap or belt clip.

5. Attaching the Mini-mini Cable.

Now it’s time to attach the mini-to-mini cable to the amplifier and player. Most players do not have independant line-outs, however if your player has a line out, plug in one end of the cable. If you’re player does not have a line out, then use the headphone jack. Simply connect one end into the headphone jack of your player and the other end into the line input of the amp, found on the back corner of the unit.

6. Connecting the Headphones.

Your headphones will plug into one of the headphone jacks on the front of the AirHead. Before connecting the cable, run the headphone cable through the grommet of the bag, so you can close the bag with your headphones connected. The grommets in the GigaBag has been designed to accomodate larger headphone jacks.

7. Hitting the Road

Once you have zipped the front window closed, your system is safe and secure to hit the road.

To remove the amp & player combo, unzip the zipper pull up on the flap running between the units. You can also pull the the portable player off the amplifier and conveniently remove it from the bag. Double zippers, removable belt clip* and shoulder strap, and custom made grommets make this system an innovative and adaptable listening solution.

*To remove the belt clip, rotate the clip 90 degrees counterclockwise from shown in the photo. Push the gray lever downward on the clip, then pull back to unlock the clip and release it from the bag.
