Does it matter if the headphones are broken?
Nope. Send them in broken or not and you'll still get the same 15% discount off a new pair or 25% off if they're ThinkSound brand headphones. They don't have to be anything special either. It's a great way to upgrade the headphones that came with your iPod, iPad, iPhone, tablet, smartphone, etc. You save them from going to the landfill or the junk drawer and save some money in the process. How long does it take to get my coupon code?
It takes about 10 business days from the time your headphones are received. Be sure to include your email address on the ThinkSound recycle form when you send them in.
Can I recycle more than one set of headphones?
Yepppers, recycle as many as you want. ThinkSound will issue you a unique 'single-use' coupon code for each set. However, coupon codes CAN NOT be combined for just one single purchase.
How do I use my coupon?

I began to cycle through different types of headphones, usually purchasing a pair once every couple of months. By coincidence, I was searching for a new pair of headphones, and read a positive review for thinksound on a popular gadget blog.
After receiving my headphones, I was in love. I was actually extremely surprised, I began hearing things in my music I'd never heard before. Even worse (better?), my low quality music sounded terrible. The higher quality (320kbps) songs sounded beautiful, but the low 192kbps sounded low quality. Older headphones had never really made a distinction between the two, meaning my higher quality songs were high quality for no reason.
Also the bass on the headphones is amazing. The ts02 are also advertised as noise canceling, and that they are. I'm currently sitting in a cafe near a busy road and all I can hear is what i want to hear. The different sizes of the rubber covers allows for the headphones to fit into anyone's ears (or at least of my friends that I've let try the headphones).
I've bought a second pair for a friend for her birthday and she loves them too.
I have yet to experience anything negative with these headphones. I know this review may sound "overly positive" to some, but believe me, they are really really great headphones. If you're unsure, give the thinksound headphones a try and you won't be disappointed.

I beat the heck out of my headphones as I use them several times a week for running in all varieties of weather. Until going with thinksound, I couldn't find a pair of ear buds that would hold up while having crimped wires and bouncing around while drenched in sweat, while not needing to readjust every couple of minutes. Add the crisp treble and powerful bass, and these are the only ear buds I will ever buy again.
