If you're not quite sure what that special someone may want from all of our offerings, you can never go wrong with a gift certificate. Save yourself the worries of trying to get it exactly right, and let them do that themselves.
When purchasing a gift certificate, it's important to specify the recipient's name in the 'comments' box of the order entry cart. A credit will then be issued in their name to use at the HeadRoom Store. We will send a hard copy gift certificate stating their name and the dollar amount along with an envelope to you in the mail. If you would like us to send the completed gift certificate directly to the recipient, write their name and address in the 'ship to' section of the shopping cart.
Some regulations associated with the gift certificate:
-- The gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue.
-- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
-- When the recipient redeems his/her certificate, they will need to call us at 800.828.8184 to place their order and to provide the gift certificate number.
-- Gift certificates must be purchased seperately. If you would like to order additional items for yourself, you will need to do so in seperate order.
-- Please note cheaper shipping options to send the gift certificate are available. If you place your order for a gift certificate online and are charged for shipping, we will deduct a portion of the shipping costs when processing the order.
