HeadRoom's Product Warranties

HeadRoom amps, carrying cases, speaker stands, audio cables, and additional accessories manufactured by HeadRoom Corporation here in our Bozeman Montana USA facility all carry a strong HeadRoom manufacturer's warranty.

Our HeadRoom Mobile (Total AirHead / Total BitHead), HeadRoom Micro, and HeadRoom Desktop products carry a 2 year parts & labor product warranty. Our HeadRoom Home and HeadRoom Max units carry an extended 5 year warranty. HeadRoom-built speaker stands, HeadRoom audio cables, and all HeadRoom carrying cases feature a limited lifetime warranty. If you have any problems with your HeadRoom headphone listening system, please call us at 1-800-828-8184. We will attempt to troubleshoot the problem over the phone which can save both of us considerable time, effort, and money. If the amp equipment must indeed be returned for HeadRoom repair, we can quickly authorize a return for you over the telephone or by email.

External amplifier/DAC power supplies NOT manufactured in-house by HeadRoom Corporation -- like the power supplies provided with our Mobile/ Micro/ Desktop Amp products -- have ONLY a 90-day limited warranty from date of purchase.

All amp servicing must be done by HeadRoom factory personnel as HeadRoom is the sole authorized service center for any & all HeadRoom products, either in OR out of warranty. Tampering by persons other than HeadRoom factory-authorized personnel is intensely discouraged and will effectively void your HR warranty period immediately. HeadRoom will NOT accept warranty claims for amp damage resulting from accident, moisture, tampering, modification, misuse, neglect, abuse, wrong or catastrophic power connections, or customer failure to follow correct amplifier or DAC operating instructions.

If a unit remains under HR warranty, there is zero cost for the repair labor, parts, or for shipping from HeadRoom back to you (i.e., you remain 100% responsible for paying the shipping charges to get the HR product to us).
