~ How to Place a Headphone.com Order for International Customers ~
CALL 1-406-587-9466 during HeadRoom office hours to place your order and receive a shipping quote. You can also email Customer Service or Sales to receive a shipping quote*.
ONLINE The quickest international ordering method is to place your order here on our secure website. When placing an order online, please enter 'XX' for the ''State'' (COUNTRY). You can then type in your complete delivery & billing addresses and postal code [if applicable] in the regular address fields, and use the 'Notes/Comments' section at end of the online order process to provide further details regarding your shipping information. Also, be sure to write out the FULL name of your country of destination in 'Notes/Comments'.
Please know that international shipping costs are not always automated online for all countries so shipping fees may not immediately reflect on your HeadRoom online order statement. Shipping costs will be added and charged to your credit card at time of HeadRoom order processing. Again, precise international shipping charges may not always be calculated online. If you'd like to know shipping charges before placing an order, call us or email (support@headphone.com) to receive an estimate. Shipping costs are wholly dependent on country of destination plus shipping weight/size dimensions of your package and may vary by several dollars from the shipping quotes you receive.
* IMPORTANT NOTE *: International shipping costs charged at HeadRoom / Headphone.com are for actual UPS mailing ONLY and do NOT reflect expected cross-border duty fees, added taxes, customs VAT charges, additional UPS customs brokerage fees, electronic product international importation fees, and/or foreign government importation taxes. These additional surcharge fees are not part of our own HeadRoom international shipping charges. Please consult your government customs office or local UPS center to inquire about your country's particular importation taxes, brokerage fees and cross-border shipping surcharges (if any) expected on your international shipment.
International Shipping Limitations: We can not ship all products to all locations in the world due to manufacturer restrictions, credit card verification/authorization issues, limited package tracking, delivery problems, or other reasons. In the case of dealer restrictions, these limitations are typically specified on the product pages. Also, you may be required to use a certain carrier (UPS or USPS) depending upon country of destination. We reserve the right to restrict or limit shipping locations at our sole HeadRoom discretion, and may notify you at any time of international shipping restrictions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CARRIER & DELIVERY METHODS:
UPS International Air Delivery: Our international carrier is UPS Worldwide Expedited service. We utilize UPS delivery exclusively*. UPS maintains an excellent shipment tracking system as well as being a highly reliable & rapid worldwide delivery service. We do NOT ship internationally or to Canada via UPS Ground, FedEX, or DHL services.
*USPS Shipping: USPS International Priority Mail shipping is available only upon customer request for limited items. Package insurance and/or package tracing service is NOT available via USPS Mail for international or Canada deliveries. If an uninsured package is lost or stolen, HeadRoom is 100% not responsible and your order will NOT be refunded. Again, accurate package tracking updates are not available with USPS International, so we have no way of tracking your USPS-shipped order. Thus, if purchasing even a remotely 'high-value' item, we HIGHLY recommend using UPS internationally due to their superior delivery reliability and excellent online automated package tracking support.
*Again, USPS International Mail & USPS Canada Mail package tracking is NOT AVAILABLE and international packages are NOT insurable when selecting USPS Mail. All orders requesting USPS Mail service must send an email release to sales@headphone.com stating acceptance of these untraced, un-tracked, un-insured USPS mailing terms. All lost, stolen, or mis-delivered HeadRoom packages shipped via USPS Mail will not be refunded under any circumstances.
International Mailing & Shipping Costs: Typical international UPS and USPS shipping costs run anywhere from $35-$140, depending on the distance of your country to the USA, whether you are in an urban or rural area, the particular country you reside in, and the package weight/size. We do not profit from our international shipping; charges are simply calculated by the weight + dimensions of the package and the shipping destination. International Customer Payment Methods
We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. HeadRoom reserves the right to "hold" any shipment for credit card verification & full payment authorization, and/or to cancel suspicious, fraudulent, incorrect or incomplete orders at our sole discretion.
International Credit Card Verification: HeadRoom reserves the right to hold any international and overseas order(s) for a MINIMUM period of 2 weeks (10 business days) after charging the credit card for full authorization and complete bank verification of international address credit card transactions. By placing your international order at Headphone.com, you agree to have the card charged at time of order and your shipment may not leave our facility for up to 2 weeks or possibly longer.

PayPal.com is the preferred method of payment option for our international customers. PayPal transactions paid via your verified PayPal.com account (and shipping to your matching PayPal-verified mailing address) will go out immediately. If you want to use PayPal.com to pay for your HeadRoom order, simply click on the yellow PayPal button on our Headphone.com online cart at check-out. You can also send PayPal.com payment directly to us at: paypal@headphone.com . We will process your order asap and contact you if we have any questions.
You MUST have a 'Confirmed' PayPal.com shipping/billing address to place a PayPal order. This means the shipping address is the same as the address on your actual credit card bill presently on file with PayPal. Payments received from non-confirmed international buyers can not be accepted at HeadRoom.
PLEASE include your telephone number for all PayPal or international credit card orders, or your order can not be processed. We may also solicit additional information in order for HeadRoom to verify the authenticity of your credit card or PayPal order. Please provide 100% accurate billing information, including complete billing address, phone number and full name as shown on your credit card or PayPal account when ordering.
International Customs Import Duties & Taxes
International customers remain 100% responsible for ANY & ALL import taxes, UPS brokerage fees, and/or international importation customs charges that may be due on your HeadRoom shipment upon arrival in your country. We can not determine the amount of these VAT fees, import taxes, or cross-border customs brokerage fees, and they are NOT a part of our own HeadRoom shipping costs. For more precise information on your expected import duties/charges, please consult your government's local customs agency or your local UPS office.
Official Headphone.com Customs Declaration: It is illegal for HeadRoom Corporation / Headphone.com to under-declare the actual value of any product(s) shipped internationally. This rule is NOT flexible under any circumstances. So please don't ask our staff to mark your overseas or international package as a "gift", "sample", as an unauthorized "repair", or as a lower-priced or discounted item -- we simply just can't do it according to the law.
Returning/Exchanging International Shipments: Please note all HeadRoom international customers remain 100% responsible for all shipping charges & customs taxes even if you decide to return or exchange your HeadRoom ~ Headphone.com package. We do not refund shipping charges, brokerage fees, VAT, or international importation taxes under ANY circumstances!
