Check or Money Order
If you would like to pay for your order with a check or money order made payable to 'HeadRoom Corporation', please call us at 800-828-8184 ext.100 to quickly initiate the order process and let us know the payment is coming. All checks & money orders MUST clear our corporate bank prior to shipment so please allow 2 weeks minimum after we receive your check before shipping can occur on any check payment.

You can also directly fax the HeadRoom order data to us at 406-587-9484. Of course, there's the option to email us with your HeadRoom ordering information as well.

You can also call-in your HeadRoom order during office hours (M-F, 9am-5pm USA Mountain Time) at 1-800-828-8184 but keep in mind our telephones are always extremely busy -- so please keep trying if you don't get through the first time!

Finally, you can pay by submitting your PayPal.com payment directly to us at our official HeadRoom PayPal payment email address below:
HeadRoom does not currently accept PayPal directly online, so all payments must be submitted directly to the above-listed address. We'll reply with order confirmation once PayPal is received here at HeadRoom. Remember to include a telephone number and also to indicate the HeadRoom item(s) desired in the "Notes/Comments" section of the PayPal form. Also, PLEASE remember to include the additional FedEx Express shipping fee for the delivery service selected.
*IMPORTANT: All PayPal.com payments must come from PayPal 'verified' buyers and contain PayPal verified shipping addresses. Payment MUST also be made from a 'confirmed address' PayPal.com account. We will NOT ship to any address other than the officially PayPal-verified shipping address when using PayPal.com payment so please don't ask!
(A note on Paypal Confirmed Addresses -) Basically any PayPal account has a 'confirmed address' as long as the shipping address is the same as the address on your actual credit card bill. PayPal payments received from non-confirmed international buyers will NOT be accepted under any circumstances since HeadRoom would retain no protection as a seller when shipping to unconfirmed PayPal addresses.
