
HEADROOM SHIPPING POLICIES
WE SHIP DAILY MONDAY THRU FRIDAY!
We ship via UPS daily Monday-Friday, 52 weeks a year EXCEPT for weekends, holidays, and our official HeadRoom company holiday closures. We can also use USPS Priority Mail most business days.
For same-day UPS shipping of 'in-stock' HeadRoom items, orders must be placed by 12:00 Noon USA Mountain Time (2:00pm Eastern). If your order is placed after 12:00 noon and all your ordered items are 'in stock', your order will ship the following HeadRoom business day. Online orders placed over the weekend for 'in-stock' items will be processed/shipped on Monday.
NOTE: We try to keep everything in stock, but in the event of a temporary back-order we will notify you via email (only) within 1-3 business days. There is occasional lag-time between our actual stock quantities and what appears on our website. Hence, there is the possibility that something you ordered appeared 'in-stock' on the website but may become temporarily 'back-ordered' before we could process your online order request and correctly adjust available quantities. Remember, domestic/USA credit cards are NOT charged until item(s) ship your way!
Ship to Business Address When Possible
We encourage you to ship to a business address whenever possible for fastest secure delivery.
PACKAGE SIGNATURES
A Signature is automatically required on HeadRoom orders over $500, unless you voluntarily waive signature in the 'Notes/Comments' field of your order. At end of our checkout process, simply add statement, "No Signature Required." An adult 'over-18' signature is required to legally sign for UPS deliveries. Hence, we recommend sending your item to your place of business so someone can sign for delivery.
A Signature is NOT required on HeadRoom orders under $500. However, you may choose to require a signature for delivery by so stating in the 'Notes/Comments' field of your order -- simply add the statement "Signature Required!"
If you phone your order to a HeadRoom salesperson (800-828-8184) and require a signature for delivery -- or if you desire to voluntarily waive the signature requirement for orders over $500 -- we request that you send an email indicating either request to your HeadRoom salesperson (or email directly to our HeadRoom Sales Dept ) after placing your telephone order.
PLEASE NOTE: HeadRoom is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered orders once the order has shipped and left our facility!
BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Again, we strongly encourage you to have your order shipped to a business address via UPS.
Due to the frequency of fraudulent internet transactions, new HeadRoom orders containing different billing address / shipping address names will require full credit card verification and authorization in order to process the order and will not ship until full payment has cleared. If we deem order authorization necessary, online identity search verification, personal background checks and/or a telephone call directly to all parties on the order are routinely conducted; we may also include a credit history request, calls to the issuing credit card bank or any other methods HeadRoom deems appropriate to verify your order data information and/or accuracy. Hence, new Headphone.com customers should allow 2 weeks (or more) for shipment if using separate names on your HeadRoom order.
INTERNATIONAL & OVERSEAS ORDERS
HeadRoom requires authorization and complete bank verification of all international address orders. We reserve the right to hold all international/overseas orders after charging the credit card for full payment. By placing your international order at Headphone.com, you agree to have the credit card charged at the time of order and you acknowledge that your shipment may not leave our facility for up to two (2) weeks or more in some instances.
NOTE: All PayPal-paid international or overseas orders will ship immediately, as per our normal international shipping times solely via UPS Air delivery. Please remember to include your telephone number on your PayPal payment to us (paypal@headphone.com) .
ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING IS NOT FREE!
Alaska and Hawaii UPS shipping method is solely via UPS 2-Day delivery or UPS 'Next-Day Saver' delivery. Unfortunately, no UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, or Free Shipping methods are available to non-continental USA addresses. USPS Priority Mail delivery remains available to AK/HI for most HeadRoom orders under $99.

SHIPPING CARRIERS & DELIVERY
UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS)
HeadRoom exclusively uses UPS for our primary contracted shipping carrier. Their service is extremely fast and highly reliable worldwide. Their online automated package tracking service is also second to none.
UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day, Next-Day Saver, and Next-Day Air shipping are available during all official business days. Costs vary according to the delivery zone where you are located, the actual size/weight of your package(s), speed of delivery selected, and whether you choose a 'Business' or 'Residential' delivery address.
UPS Ground: Rapid 4~7 Business Day tracked/traced delivery service, so your package arrives on your doorstep within 4-7 Business Days after shipment from our HeadRoom facility located in Bozeman, Montana USA. Available for continental USA addresses only.
UPS 3-Day Select Delivery: Your package should arrive within 3 or 4 [for east coast] Business Days after shipment from our HeadRoom facility located in Bozeman, Montana USA. Available for continental USA addresses only.
UPS 2nd-Day Delivery: Your package will arrive within 48 business hours [2 Business Days] of being shipped from our HeadRoom facility. UPS 2nd-Day is the minimum (cheapest) UPS shipping method to all Alaska or Hawaii addresses.
UPS Next-Day Saver: Package delivery sometime during the very next Business Day, usually before 7pm local time.
UPS Next-Day Air: Typically, the fastest method possible to Business Addresses. Package will arrive during the first half of the very next Business Day. In some UPS delivery areas this is by 10:00am, while in other jurisdictions it is by 3:00pm. Before selecting this delivery option, we encourage you to check with your neighborhood UPS office for their particular delivery policies since not all addresses will have all UPS delivery methods and/or all delivery speeds available. You could end up paying for this service and have your package arrive in approximately the same amount of time as UPS Next-Day Saver!
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS)
We may at our discretion select USPS Priority Mail shipping within the continental USA instead of UPS, at HeadRoom's choice (we often select USPS shipping for certain orders under order value of $99). Therefore, your HeadRoom package may arrive via either UPS or USPS delivery service. Please be aware there is highly limited package tracking/tracing available with any HeadRoom USPS Mail shipment.
Be advised that USPS International and Canada Mail package tracking is NOT AVAILABLE and international packages are also NOT insurable when selecting USPS Air Mail. We kindly request customers requiring USPS mail service send an email release to our Sales Dept stating acceptance of these untraced, untracked, uninsured USPS mailing terms. All lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered HeadRoom packages shipped internationally via USPS will not be refunded under any circumstances.
UPS SATURDAY DELIVERY (USA ONLY)
You can also elect 'non-business day' Saturday UPS delivery in a few areas, but Saturday delivery charges will typically begin at $55-$60 for those UPS jurisdictions where it is an option. If you are interested in a Saturday delivery, please call your neighborhood UPS office directly (not us!) first to make sure it is indeed available in your area. Then, please add "Saturday UPS Delivery" to the 'Notes/Comments' field of your order, or call our Sales Dept to place your order at (800) 828-8184.
Other HeadRoom Shipping Policies & Procedures
PO BOXES & MILITARY APO/FPO/FOB
We gladly ship to USA Post Office Boxes or USA military bases worldwide upon customer request using USPS Priority Mail delivery (only). In keeping with US military mail requirements, we must individually address and then hand-deliver all APO, AFB and overseas military packages to our local Post Office, so delivery times for military shipments run 25-30 business days or more. Please call 800-828-8184 if you have any military shipping policy questions.
MULTIPLE ITEM 'SPLIT-SHIPPING' POLICIES & FEES
For orders containing multiple items, HeadRoom will normally hold shipment until ALL items are in-stock; we'll ship everything together to minimize shipping costs. Only upon customer request, we 'split-ship' your in-stock items immediately and then send out-of-stock items to you upon their arrival at HeadRoom. There is an additional $10 'split-ship' service fee (over & above any actual package mailing charges) for HeadRoom 'split' shipments. Split-ship service is ONLY available for HeadRoom orders within the continental USA.

All HeadRoom~Headphone.com package shipping costs via ANY carrier or method are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. Although UPS / USPS are reliable package delivery services, HeadRoom is not liable for missed deliveries by carriers or for slow or late package shipments due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: unexpected carrier delivery delays; weather-related delays; mechanical-related delivery slow-downs; 'Signature Required' package drop-off enforcement; missed delivery hang-tag notifications; local non-availability of package delivery speed; or missed driver package 'drop-off' by recipient.
