Repairs and Upgrades

If you have a product that isn't functioning correctly, there are a number of options you have depending on when you purchased the item and who made it. Assuming you already consulted the owner's manual, tried the gear with other peripheral equipment, and conducted obvious troubleshooting, give us a call at 800-828-8184 and we will try to help you make sure there's nothing you've forgotten. You can also email Service Manager for help as well. Once you have assessed there is indeed a problem with your item, read one of the following categories to help you proceed with the repair.
