Repairing Products from Other Manufacturers
If you need headphone repair/service for products purchased from HeadRoom AND you are still within the 30-day 'trial' period from when you initially received the product, call us toll-free at 800.828.8184 and we will either exchange or have the product repaired for you (please refer to our section about exchanging defective equipment).
If it has been over 30 days since receiving the product, then you will need to contact the headphone manufacturer directly. All reputable headphone makers have a minimum warranty of at least 6 months on their products and most offer excellent extended 2-year warranties on their headphone/earphone products.
