HeadRoom amps, DACs, carrying cases, cables, and additional accessories manufactured by HeadRoom in our Montana USA factory all carry a lovely warranty. Our HeadRoom Mobile (AirHead and BitHead), Micro, and Desktop lines all carry a 2-year parts & labor product warranty. Our superb Home and Max lines all carry a 5-year warranty. HeadRoom cables and HeadRoom travel/carrying cases feature a lifetime warranty. If you have any problems with your headphone listening system, please first call us at 1-800-828-8184. We will try to diagnose the problem over the phone, which can save both of us considerable time, effort, and expense. If the equipment must be returned for repair, we will authorize a return for you over the telephone or via email.
Please refer amplifier servicing ONLY to HeadRoom factory-authorized personnel as HeadRoom is the sole authorized service center for all HeadRoom products, either in or out of warranty. Tampering/repair by persons other than HeadRoom factory-authorized personnel is intensely discouraged and will effectively void your warranty immediately.
All amplifier & DAC AC-power supplies other than our own HeadRoom Desktop Power Supply [DPS] are NOT covered under any warranty. HeadRoom will NOT accept any warranty claims for damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or failure to follow correct instructions of operation. If a unit remains covered under HeadRoom warranty, there is zero cost for our repair labor, all needed parts, or for shipping from HeadRoom back to you (i.e., you do remain fully responsible for paying ALL the shipping charges to get the product to us).
