If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item within your HeadRoom 30-day trial/exchange period, absolutely no problem!
You have two basic options:
For immediate shipping of your new item(s), simply purchase the stuff you want and send back the item you don’t want for a full refund WITHIN 30 days of the original purchase. We will refund your credit card AFTER we receive the returned item, inspect it, and clear the refund through our HeadRoom Returns Department which normally takes about 10-15 business days before the refund appears on your card.
OR you can send your product back as an 'exchange', and indicate the new product you desire on the HeadRoom return card enclosed in our packing box. We will then adjust your credit card charges accordingly and ship you the new item pronto! Replacement products are shipped to you as soon as possible, typically within 2-3 days, PROVIDED THE REPLACEMENT ITEM(S) REMAINS IN-STOCK!! If the new item desired is temporarily out-of-stock, we will send the exchange to you as soon as possible!
