Assuming all "like-new*" conditions are fully met, we will gladly refund the purchase price of products in your order if you are not satisfied for any reason. However, SHIPPING COSTS ARE NEVER REFUNDABLE! If you are doing a partial return, you will be refunded the cost to you of the individual products returned. Once again, please remember we cannot refund any shipping charges.
While we try very hard to conduct most refunds within 10 business days of the item(s) clearing our HeadRoom in-house inspection process, a refund may legally sometimes take up to 30 days to be processed. Rest assured, the original card used on the order WILL be credited within 30 days of the item clearing our Returns Dept inspection.
If you purchased a HeadRoom combo packaged system at a discount and are only returning some of the items in the package, your refund will be adjusted based on the ACTUAL retail price of the equipment you are keeping. In other words, if you return part of a package, you will end up paying the non-package price for the parts of the package you have decided to keep. (Otherwise folks could just order combo packages and return parts of them in order to score cheaper prices!)
*Please be advised HeadRoom reserves the right to impose a minimum 15% re-stocking fee at our sole discretion for ANY returned item that has been damaged, cosmetically dinged, returned without all originally included accessories (except earphone eartips), and/or if the product(s) is not able to be re-sold in 100% 'like-new' condition for any reason. Don't worry: the VAST majority of HeadRoom returns are fully refunded but we do need to ensure our liberal return policy is fair to everyone, ourselves included!

We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without any notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any HeadRoom / Headphone.com order containing ANY error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, & whether or not the order has been confirmed, verified, and/or your credit card charged. If your HeadRoom / Headphone.com order is officially canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type or credit card used on the transaction as soon as possible in keeping with our stated HeadRoom refund policy.
