PLEASE package your gear back to us as closely as possible to how you received it. This includes any and all pieces, parts, manuals, literature, warranty cards, and packaging materials that was originally included with the product. Earphone eartips not included and may be disposed of as you see fit prior to return of your ECHs.

Please ship the product back in the original shipping box, or another that is comparable. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don’t send headphones or amps back in JUST the product box, as it's a GUARANTEED bet that they will no longer be in "as-new" condition when we receive them and an automatic 15% re-stocking fee will definitely apply!

We HIGHLY recommend that you ship returns using an insured and “signature required" delivery method since obviously we can't be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Returns received after the 30-day HeadRoom / Headphone.com exchange & return period has elapsed will have the products returned to them at customer expense. AGAIN, NO EXCEPTIONS!
