STANDARD HEADROOM SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship via UPSdaily Monday-Friday, 52 weeks a year except for holidays. We also ship USPS Priority Mail most business days, available on select items only.
Orders placed by 3 pm USA Mountain Time (5 pm EST), Monday-Fridayship the same day. Occasionally orders may not ship 'same-day' due to stock issues, order changes, or billing delays. Orders placed after 3 pm Fridays and on weekends will ship the following business day.
PACKAGE SIGNATURES
Signature is automatically required on HeadRoom orders over $500 unless you voluntarily waive signature request. Signature is NOT required on orders under $500.
If you would like to waive signature requirement for a package over $500 or request a signature for an order under $500, email us.An adult signature (18+) is required to legally sign for UPS deliveries. HeadRoom is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered orders once the order has shipped and left our facility!
Alaska / Hawaii Customers UPS 2-Day or UPS Next-Day Saver delivery options are available. Unfortunately 'Free Shipping' is not available. USPS Priority Mail can also be used for most orders under $99 to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Customers Delivery is available to selected countries and shipping rates are reflected at time of check-out. Due to higher incidents of fraud, international orders undergo additional payment screening, and therefore may not ship within typical fulfillment times. International customers remain solely responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes due at time of delivery. Customers who refuse delivery will be assessed return shipping costs at time of refund (if any). Please read our International Shipping page for further international ordering policies and rules.
USA Military APO/FPO/FOB Destinations We are happy to deliver to our military personnel and contractors stationed overseas. Delivery to USA Post Office Boxes or USA military bases worldwide is available via USPS Priority Mailonly. Expected delivery times for military shipments run 25-30 business days or more. SHIPPING CARRIERS & PACKAGE DELIVERY METHODS
United Parcel Service (UPS) ~ HeadRoom exclusively uses UPS for our primary contracted shipping carrier.
UPS Ground: Rapid 3~7 Business Day tracked/traced delivery service, available for continental USA addresses only.
UPS 3-Day Select Delivery: Your package should arrive within 3 or 4 [for east coast] Business Days after shipment, available for continental USA addresses only.
UPS 2-Day Delivery: Your package will arrive within 48 business hours [2 Business Days] of being shipped, and is the cheapest UPS method to Alaska or Hawaii.
UPS Next-Day Saver: Package delivery sometime during the very next Business Day, usually before 7pm local time.
UPS Next-Day Air: Available in selected areas, packages will arrive during the first half of the very next Business Day (anywhere from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm). Check with your neighborhood UPS office for accurate delivery times and available services.
UPS Saturday Delivery: Available only in selected destinations (typically larger metropolitan areas in the continental USA only). Please call 800-PICK-UPS (800-742-5877) to find out if this service is available in your area. Charges start at $65. For orders leaving our HeadRoom facility on Friday afternoons, Saturday Overnight UPS delivery starts at $95. Once you’ve verified Saturday Delivery is an option in your area, please email us or call 800-828-8184 for an exact quote and to finalize the order.
United States Postal Service (USPS)
We may at our discretion select USPS Priority Mail shipping within or outside the continental USA. USPS is used for certain orders under order value of $99, at the customers’ request, or other extenuating circumstances. For customers with a USA PO Box or in the military, USPS is the only shipping method available, and we'll automatically use USPS method for these orders.
USPS International & Canada Mail: While this is available in some cases per customer request,tracking and insurance is not available. Customers requesting USPS international shipping need to send an email release stating acceptance of these untraced, untracked, uninsured USPS mailing terms. All lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered HeadRoom packages shipped internationally will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Split Shipping
While most items are typically in stock, on occasion an item may be out of stock. We will hold orders containing multiple items until ALL items are in-stock. Upon customer request, we will split-ship your in-stock items immediately for an for an additional $10 split-ship fee. Split-ship service is ONLY available for HeadRoom orders within the continental USA. Please contact us for details.
All Shipping Costs are Completely Non-Refundable!
All HeadRoom package shipping costs via ANY carrier or method are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. In the rare occasion that one of our shipping carriers does not deliver correctly or in a timely manner, HeadRoom is not liable for missed deliveries for slow or late package shipments due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to: unexpected carrier delivery delays; weather-related delays; mechanical-related delays; 'Signature Required' package drop-off enforcement; missed delivery hang-tag notifications; local non-availability of package delivery speed; incorrectly entered shipping information, or missed driver package 'drop-off' by recipient.
