HeadRoom Cables & Carrying Cases: Lifetime Warranty
HeadRoom amps, DACs, carrying cases, cables, and additional accessories manufactured by HeadRoom in our Montana USA facility all carry a lovely free 'repair or replace' service warranty. The HeadRoom Mobile (AirHead and BitHead), Micro, and Desktop Line products all carry free 2-year parts & labor service warranties. The [discontinued] Home Amp and Max Amp carried a free 5-year warranty. HeadRoom interconnect cables and HeadRoom travel/carrying cases feature a free Lifetime Warranty.
AC-power supplies other than our own HeadRoom Desktop Power Supply [DPS] are only covered by 90 day warranty.
HeadRoom will NOT accept any warranty claims for damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, abuse or failure to follow correct instructions of operation.
If you encounter problems with your headphone listening system, please call us at (800) 828-8184. We will try to diagnose the problem over the phone, which can save us time, effort and expense. If the equipment must be returned for repair, we'll authorize a return for you over the telephone or via email. Please refer amplifier servicing ONLY to HeadRoom factory-authorized personnel as HeadRoom is the sole authorized service center for all HeadRoom products, either in or out of warranty. Tampering/repair by persons other than HeadRoom factory-authorized personnel is intensely discouraged and voids any remaining warranty.
HeadRoom Electronics - Warranty Shipping Policies
If a HeadRoom unit remains covered under a HeadRoom warranty, there is no cost for our repair labor, all needed parts, or for shipping from HeadRoom back to you (i.e., you remain responsible for shipping charges to get the product to us).
Customers remain 100% responsible for all out-of-warranty service mailing & shipping charges in both directions to & from the HeadRoom facility in Bozeman Montana USA
