Methods of Payment

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  If Billing and Shipping addresses are different, additional verification and authorization may be required and could delay shipment of your order.  We will contact you for additional information if needed.

Additional Options


All PayPal payments must come from 'Verified' buyers and contain PayPal verified shipping addresses. Payment must also be made from a 'confirmed address' PayPal account. We can NOT legally ship to any address other than the official PayPal-verified shipping address listed on your PayPal account.

Check or Money Order
You can pay for your order with a check or money order made payable to 'HeadRoom Corporation'. Please call us at 800-828-8184 ext.100 to quickly initiate the order process and let us know the payment is coming. Allow approximately two weeks for payment to clear.

For orders shipping outside the United States, PayPal is the preferred payment method.  Please see our  International Shipping page for important information.

Order Confirmations
After placing an order via any of the above methods, you'll receive a series of automated emails confirming order placement, shipping details, and finally UPS package tracking information upon actual shipment, so make sure to submit a current email address and add support@headphone.com to your address book.  Please see our HeadRoom  Shipping Information page for further details.
