We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all purchases made through HeadRoom. If at any time during your 30 day trial period (starting from the day you receive the item) you decide to return your equipment, simply send back your purchase in “like new” condition, and we will issue you a refund. We try to keep all items in stock as much as possible, but in the event of a back-ordered, sold-out, or out-of-stock item, we will notify you via email or phone within 1-3 HeadRoom business days. Our online website cart updates stock quantities every 24 hours so there exists a remote chance something you ordered online or via telephone appeared as 'in-stock' on the website but may have become 'out-of-stock', 'discontinued', or officially 'back-ordered' before we had a chance to authorize/process your HeadRoom order request and correctly adjust available product quantities.
Gift Card has no cash value. Cash refunds will not be issued; refunds will be given in the form of a credit on customer's account. If a gift card is purchased at a promotional rate, the amount credited back will be for the purchase price not the gift card amount. (For example if you buy a $100 gift card for $80, you will receive a $80 credit on your account.) You may redeem several gift card on one purchase, simply enter each code into the gift card line item(s) in the order cart.

We make absolutely no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is totally error-free, complete, or currently up-to-date. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without any notice.
Disclaimer of Orders placed with HeadRoom
While we strive to deliver a satisfying shopping experience to our customers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel questionable customer orders. This includes but is not limited to orders containing ANY error, discrepancy or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, and whether or not the order has been confirmed, verified, and/or your credit card already charged for the order. If your HeadRoom order is officially canceled, you will be notified via email and if your payment or charge has already been processed through our systems, we will issue a refund to the original pay type or credit card used on the transaction as soon as possible in keeping with our stated HeadRoom refund policy.
Refusal of Service
HeadRoom reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion to anyone we deem to be operating in a manner contrary to good faith business practices or who we believe has been abusive of our HeadRoom return policy, service requirements, or HeadRoom staff in any way.
