Pros: Nice People!
Cons: None that I know of
Ordered a pair of HD-25's and was sent HD-25-SP's (easy mistake). Called Customer Service and told them of the error. BEFORE I could return the wrong headphones, the right headphones were sent. I called to thank HeadRoom and jokingly asked them how did they know that I would return the other pair of headphones. The person at Customer Service laughed and just said "you will" and, I did.
There are some nice people in Bozeman, Montana.
