Pros: comfort, soundstage
Cons: overpriced, sucked out midrange... badly
If you put these onto the SR/RS line, the mids die. big loss of the mids... that's why I can't recommend it. But the soundstage is bigger.
However, if you have the GS/PS1000, then it's just fine.
By the way, it's a bit crazy to pay $55 for foam...

Pros: Comfort
Paired with the RS and SR model Grados, the large "salad bowl" pads vastly increase their wearability. It should be noted though that they also expand the soundstage, as the cushions position the drivers farther away from your ears.
