The Phiaton MS 300 have a very slim-profile, true 'on-ear' fit ideal for mobile listening anywhere. The MS 300 is made of a lightweight carbon fiber composite that is both sleek and extra-durable for the long haul, so your Phiaton headphones will stand the test of time and frequent use. The MS 300's small-sized on-ear earcups are very well padded with cool red leather cushions, making these cans stand out from the pack of usual boring grey headphones out there. Encased underneath the Phiaton's unique 'see-through' outer earcups, you'll note a cross-hatched look from the carbon fiber structure, which serves as a superb resonance-free enclosure for the MS 300 speaker drivers. The MS 300's short 4ft cord is "Y" type design and comes terminated to a mini-plug 3.5mm (1/8") jack; no full-size adapter is included. The MS300 has full collapsibility features for ease of travel or storage. Pros: responcive, high quality, makes every type of music sound good

But what is amazing about this product is the sound quality. They can handle any type of music, I listen to blue grass and blues as often as I listen to rap and they both sound equally as good, both are crystal clear with dead on staging and perfect highend and base responce. So many headsets have very, artificual bass tones, there middle gets lost in the base and then high nots from truimpets, violins or banjos lose their top end.
If you are looking a well made, audiophile quality listening product, this is it.These headphones are made my 45 min. subway commute so much better. I honestly cant recommnd these enough.
