Recommend Product: Yes
Pros: dynamic audio quality, bass delivery, noise isolation, replaceable cord design, iPhone cord option
Cons: shallow ear canal penetration, lack of cinch on optional iPhone cord
After two weeks of use, I am as pleased with the audio quality as my old SE310s. The only immediately noticeable difference is that the design of the SE315s does not allow the ear tips to seat as deep in the ear canal as my old SE310s. I feel that the old set sealed-out noise better and more easily maintained audio quality because of the deeper set tips.
The cord on my old SE310s had a hard plastic jacket with long "memory". Memory meaning that it would maintain the form in which it was stored, in my case mostly a tight coil loop from the included carrying case. The cord on the new SE315s is much better with a soft rubbery jacket that quickly drapes when taken out of storage. The redesigned sliding yoke cinch on the new 315s is also a great improvement over the older design that split after a few years of usage.
The optional iPhone cord is a must for my commuter usage, providing basic iTune and volume controls and providing a mic for phone calls. The only issue is that the iPhone cord does not include a sliding yoke cinch. This means the cord does not stay over-the-ear easily and the ear tips do not stay seated as easily, causing audio quality to fluctuate.

Pros: Shapable Cord
Cons: Broken cord, distorted bass
Overall I would recommend these at a really great value for the price point. Though see my review for the 425s... for the extra money, if you've got it, def buy them.
I would have probably kept these but the cord broke after just 2 days. I might have wrapped the cord around my ipod 5x before they went. Very frustrating. I know they would be honored under warranty - just be prepared to buy a new cord.
On that note, the cord gets kinked up easily.
Slight steroeophonics when the cord rubs against stuff but truly negligible - I'm just being picky.
