Customer remains 100% solely responsible for ALL return postage costs when returning or exchanging any non-defective item(s) to HeadRoom.
PLEASE package your gear back to us as closely as possible to how you received it. This includes any and all pieces, parts, manuals, literature, warranty cards, and packaging materials that was originally included with the product.
(Ear Canal Headphones: If you are returning ear canal headphones and tried out various tips, please discard all used tips, do not return them to HeadRoom, and this will not affect your refund.)
Do not send headphones or amps back in JUST the product box, as it's a GUARANTEED bet that they will no longer be in "as-new" condition when we receive them and an automatic 15% re-stocking fee will definitely apply! Please ship the product back in the original shipping box, or another that is comparable.
We HIGHLY recommend that you ship returns using an insured and “signature required" delivery method since obviously we can't be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Returns received after the 30-day HeadRoom / Headphone.com exchange & return period has elapsed will have the products returned to them at customer expense. AGAIN, NO EXCEPTIONS!
