HeadRoom's 30 Day Guaranty
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guaranty on all new purchases made through HeadRoom.
Products on Sale, B-Stock, Custom, Special Order, and discontinued items are non-returnable.
Return the product in as-new condition to HeadRoom within 30 days of receiving the item, and you will receive a full purchase-price refund. Really, it's that simple. As long as the product is not defective, you do not need to call us first, just complete the Return Authorization Form and include it with your returned item.

If you didn’t get just the right item first time around, no problem! Simply purchase the gear you want now and send back the item you don’t want for a refund within 30 days of the original (first) purchase. Please read 'LIKE-NEW CONDITION' below to properly ship back the item to HeadRoom.
Defective Equipment Exchanges
In the rare event you receive an item that is not working properly, it’s important to contact us immediately by emailing or calling our Sales Dept at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (800) 828-8184. We'll troubleshoot the problem with you and, provided the item is defective, we will immediately issue a UPS return label at no cost to you. As soon as we receive and test the defective item here at HeadRoom, we will then ship the replacement item to you also at no cost.
Complete Refund Information
Shipping Costs: If you received Free Ground Shipping (or any free shipping option) with your initial order and you decided to return the item (and it is not defective), HeadRoom will deduct the initial shipping fee from your refund.
Restocking Fee: HeadRoom reserves the right to impose a minimum 15% re-stocking fee at our sole discretion for any returned item that is damaged, cosmetically dinged, returned missing accessories, past the 30 day return period, or any other condition warranting the item to be no longer deemed “like-new”. Don't worry, the vast majority of HeadRoom returns are fully refunded, but we must ensure our liberal return policy is fair to all, us too!
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Orders that received our 'Free Shipping' offer that are subsequently returned for refund will have the original shipping charge deducted from your refund. (Unless the product is defective, you will then be issued a return label from our sales staff.)
In addition, your shipping costs for returning the product to HeadRoom are also not refundable under any circumstances. This includes any additional VAT and taxes that may have been incurred for international deliveries. HeadRoom is not responsible for assuming or communicating any duties, taxes, or import surcharges, this is strictly a function of your countries policies and procedures.
Shipping Your Return or Exchange to HeadRoom
Customers are responsible for return postage costs when returning or exchanging any non-defective item(s) to HeadRoom.
In order for your product to be considered as "like new" condition, please take care of your product while in the evaluation stage. Package your gear back to us as closely as possible to how it was received. This includes returning any & all parts, pieces, manuals, accessories, manufacturer literature, warranty cards, and packaging materials that was originally included with the product. Headphones must be cosmetically clean, completely free of surface scratches or earpad lint, and functioning perfectly as originally received. If you are returning in-ear headphones or earbuds and tried various eartips, please discard all used tips; it will not affect your refund.
Do not send items back in only the product box, it is certain the product will be damaged and you will incur a minimum 15% re-stocking fee. Please ship the product in the original inner and outer packaging boxes, or other comparable shipping boxes.
We also suggest shipping your return product via an insured 'signature required' delivery method since we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Returns received after our 30 DAY HeadRoom exchange/return period has elapsed will have the package returned at customer expense. PLEASE, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Refund Process Time
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we have received the item and it has cleared our return inspection process. Once your credit card is refunded, it may take up to another 5~15 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement. While we conduct most refunds within two weeks of receiving the item, please know refunds may legally be processed anytime within 30 days receipt of the returned product.
Items Not Defective: Occasionally customers return items as 'defective' but are found to be in operating condition when tested at HeadRoom. In this case, the cost of the return shipping label issued for the defective product to be returned to HeadRoom will be deducted from your refund or exchange. This can be expensive for not only for yourself but also for us! So, please ensure your new product is truly defective by trouble-shooting with us before returning it to us as 'Defective' or as a 'Defective Exchange'. Partial Returns (Multiple Items/Package Discounts): If you purchased a HeadRoom combo 'packaged' system or multiple items at a discount and then elect to return some of the items, your final refund will be adjusted based on the true website price of the gear you have decided to keep. In other words, when returning part of a package or combo, you will lose all discounts and pay the 'non-package' website price for the part(s) of the package kept -- otherwise, the unscrupulous could just order combos then return sundry items to score cheaper prices (!).
Excessive Product Returns: We understand how difficult it can be to choose and we're happy to provide our 'no-questions-asked' 30-day return or exchange period for HeadRoom customers unsatisfied with their new purchase. However, any customer returning more than three (3) products in any one (1) year period will be subject to a minimum 15% product re-stocking fee imposed at our HeadRoom discretion without further warning.
