OUR HEADROOM FULL REFUND POLICIES
Assuming all 'like-new'* conditions (below) are met, we will refund the purchase price of products in your order if not satisfied for any reason.
Please note HeadRoom reserves the right to impose a minimum 15% re-stocking fee at our sole discretion for any returned item that is damaged, cosmetically dinged, returned missing accessories (except in-ear eartips), or if the product can not be re-sold in 100% 'like-new' condition for any reason.
Don't worry! The vast majority of HeadRoom returns are fully refunded but we must ensure our very liberal return policy is fair to all, ourselves included.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances. However, in the rare event you receive a 'defective' item [please note 'Items Not Defective' section below], we will provide a free UPS shipping return label and product exchange at no cost to you.
Expected Refund Time Period: Most refunds are handled within one (1) week of us receiving the product back at HeadRoom; the vast majority of refunds are processed within 10 business days (2 weeks) of item clearing HeadRoom return inspection processes. However, please remember refunds may legally be processed anytime within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
Items Not Defective: Products returned as 'defective' but found to be in operating condition upon arrival at HeadRoom will be charged in full for ALL incurred shipping costs in both directions. Thus, please ensure your new product is truly defective by troubleshooting with our HeadRoom staff before returning it to us as 'defective' or as a 'defective exchange'. Please feel free to email sales@headphone.com or call us if any troubleshooting or product performance questions.
Partial Return - Multiple Items or Package Discounts: If you purchased a HeadRoom combo 'packaged' system or multiple items at a discount and then elect to return some of the items, your final refund will be adjusted based on the HeadRoom ACTUAL website price of the gear you decide to keep.
In other words, if you return part of a package or combo, you will lose all discounts and end up paying the 'non-package' listed price for the part(s) of the package you have decided to keep. (Otherwise, the unscrupulous could just order combo packages then return parts of them to score cheaper prices!)
Excessive Product Returns: We understand how difficult it can be to choose and we're happy to provide our famous 'no-questions-asked' 30-day return or exchange period for HeadRoom customers unsatisfied with their new purchase. However, any customer returning more than three (3) products in any one (1) calendar year will be subject to a minimum 15% product re-stocking fee imposed at our HeadRoom discretion without further warning..
