We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guaranty on all purchases made through HeadRoom!

If at any time during your 30 day trial period (starting from the day you receive the item) you decide to return your equipment, simply send us back your purchase in "as new"* condition, and we will issue a full purchase price refund for the item(s) returned within 30 days of the returned item clearing our inspection process. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are never refundable under any circumstances. No HeadRoom RMA return product request is required! ... Really, it's that simple.

We want you to feel truly safe in making a purchase with HeadRoom. That is why we spend a lot of time testing, developing, and evaluating all kinds of quality headphone equipment, in the hopes you will find exactly what you're looking for the very first time around. However, it sadly remains impractical to demo audio equipment on-line, so rest assured that our 30-day guarantee keeps your ears -- and your wallet -- safe and happy.

Official HeadRoom Returns Policy:

Unless specifically stated otherwise (like with our official 'B-Stock' products), all HeadRoom purchases come with a no-questions-asked, 30-day satisfaction guaranty in order to give you the time to fully evaluate your purchases.

We're very pleased to provide you with the opportunity to refund or exchange your product, but we do have a few 'conditions'. Don't worry, the vast majority of returns are fully refunded; we just need to make our HeadRoom return policy is one that's fair to everyone, including ourselves.

*We reserve the right to impose a minimum 15% returned product re-stocking fee at our sole discretion for ANY reason on ANY purchase. By making a purchase at HeadRoom/HeadPhone.com, you officially agree to abide by the conditions and terms of our stated 30-Day Guaranty.

The Conditions:

Products MUST be returned to us within 30 days of the date you receive the product. So please, please, please make sure you try your purchase out right away! (It’s amazing how many people say they "left the country for a while" and didn’t have a chance to listen before they split town.)

Products MUST be in "as-new"* condition. This means that they're in pristine cosmetic condition, functioning perfectly, and include ALL materials (plastic bags, warranty cards, tie wraps, and any other little bits or pieces that originally came with the product). In other words, please send products back EXACTLY as you received them. A bare minimum 15% re-stocking fee will be assesed for all returned items missing any accesories, product literature, owner's manuals, or packing materials EXCEPT earphone eartips (you can keep all eartips when returning ECHs!).

If product is returned within 30-day return period, but NOT "as-new"* condition, we WILL charge you an absolute minimum 15% restocking fee plus any labor and materials required to return the product to "as-new" condition.

NO returns or exchanges after 30 Days! Any and all products returned to us after the 30-day return/exchange period has expired can not be accepted by HeadRoom under any circumstances and will be returned to the customer (at their expense!) without a refund. Products that have been damaged by the customer which require more cost to repair than the wholesale value of the product will also be returned to the customer without a refund at their expense, regardless of when it was returned.

Please respect our generous Return Policy. HeadRoom reserves the right to refuse service or limit product returns and exchanges on a case-by-case if we deem blatant abuse of our policy or actions contrary to a “good faith” business transaction.

Errors on HeadRoom / Headphone.com Website:

Despite our most vigilant efforts to ensure that all the information on our website is 100% accurate, complete, and current, there may be instances when information about a HeadPhone.com / HeadRoom product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the product's actual price or shipping availability. We make absolutely no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is totally error-free, complete, or currently up-to-date. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without any notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any HeadRoom / Headphone.com order containing ANY error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, & whether or not the order has been confirmed, verified, and/or your credit card charged. If your HeadRoom / Headphone.com order is officially canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type or credit card used on the transaction as soon as possible in keeping with our stated HeadRoom refund policy.
