Official HeadRoom Returns Policy
Unless specifically stated otherwise (for example, our HeadRoom 'B-Stock' products), all HeadRoom purchases come with a no-questions-asked 30-day satisfaction guarantee in order to give you the time to fully evaluate your purchases. We're certainly very pleased to provide you with the opportunity to refund or exchange your product. However, we maintain a few 'Terms & Conditions'. No worries, the vast majority of returns are 100% fully refunded; we just need to make our HeadRoom Product Return Policy completely fair to everyone.
Terms & Conditions
Products MUST be returned to us within 30 days of the date you receive the product. Make sure you try your purchase out right away! You have 30 days from receiving the item to evaluate your new item, if you're thinking of returning or exchanging the item, you must contact us within 30 days to arrange for return shipping.
Returned Products MUST be "As-New". This means that they're in pristine cosmetic condition, functioning perfectly, and include ALL the original materials found in the product packaging (owner's manuals, outer packaging boxes, inner plastic bags, plastic/fabric packaging supports, product warranty cards, product literature, additional accessories*, tie wraps, and any other little bits or pieces that originally came with the product). Products contaminated with cigarette smoke or other odors are NOT returnable, as these products are no longer 'like-new'.
(*Exception: If you ordered ear canal headphones and tried out different tips, the used tips do not need to be returned. Please dispose of all used eartips, you will not be charged a restocking fee for missing tips.)
If a product is returned within 30-day return period, but NOT "as-new"* condition, we WILL charge you an absolute minimum 15% restocking fee plus any labor and materials required to return the product to "as-new" condition.
Sorry, NO returns or exchanges after 30 Days! Any and all products returned to us after the 30-day return/exchange period has expired can not be accepted by HeadRoom under any circumstances and will be returned to the customer (at their expense!) without a refund. Products that have been damaged by the customer which require more money to repair than the wholesale value of the product will also be returned to the customer without a refund at their expense, regardless of when it was returned.
